This is the portrait this Thai artist, Wisut, drew for me. He held an exhibition right now in Bangkok and he had activities every Saturday. For the last Saturday, he had this activity that he would draw live portraits for everyone who attended the exhibition.

What do you think?

I think it's so much alike me!!

This lady takes meditation seriously. Her hair is all white. I guess she hasn't moved for so long that a bird can build a nest on her head. Look at all the wrinkles on her face. I don't know if the meditation's doing her good or bad. What do you think?

Illustration Friday : Naked girl with Cinderella shoe

How primitive it is. This must be back to the time where clothes didn't exist!!

This is a postcard I bought from an exhibition I visited last Saturday. The artist is Wisut Ponnimit. He is Thai but became famous in Japan. He is a cartoonist with such a style of his own. The free-hand line and how each stories represents the real life of people, his comic becomes unique and irresistible.

You can have a look at his works here.

Hope you do like it as I do!

I am quite ashamed to say this but well, this doll was supposed to be given to my friend as a birthday present. I got this doll when I went to the north of Thailand around 3 weeks ago. I intended to get this for my friend but after I went back home and took a look at the doll, mann, he is just irresistible! You can do lot of stuff with the doll. The best part is that you can dance or make he dances! He's got long legs and long arms. He can make a brilliant dancer!

The person who makes this doll has cancer. So she spends her time making this doll to earn more money.
She's quite talented. You can tell she really put effort in doing this. I will definitely buy more of the dolls If i get a chance to go there again.

I just love it!

Sorry, Orn
I can't let you have it.

I had stopped blogging for quite a long time. Due to my laziness and stuff. But today, I have a whole free day so I started to do some sketches which I have finished quite a lot and you will probably see some in my shop pretty soon.

But a portrait showing here is a portrait of someone I'm really into now. I'm quite proud of it because every time I do the portrait, it always turned out really suck and doesn't look alike "at all". But for this one, it's quite similar to the real person. Well at least, me for one know who the portrait is. haha
